Kobo Yume Husen

Women's unique ideas promote the nature of Oda

Koubou Yumefuusen was founded by members of the women's department of the Commerce and Industry Association as an effort to advertise specialty goods from the Oda area of Uchiko Town. Since their foundation their primary product has been a naturally plant dyed stole called "Kusaki zome no stole," which is unique because the naturally plant dyeing process never produces the same color twice. Another product is an elegant stencil dyed bag called "katazome no Bag" that is commercialized using the delicate print patterns of local print maker Ms. Kiyo Yamada.
